We would like to make an official apology to all those who took offence to the publication of the syndicated feeds previously published on this site. Our intention was never to cause offence but simply to provide a single point of call which presents all available Robert Pattinson news in one convenient place for the use of the fans.
We would like to make clear that we did not steal this content in any way as it was made available by the sites through RSS (Real Simple Sydication, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rss) and we took this to mean that they promoted the spread of their information. Our intention was to help them to spread their feeds and to make the news more widely available to Pattinson fans. In response to your comments we have removed the feeds from these sites and in future will only use content from sites which have expressly requested that we include then. We welcome these conversations from the owners of these sites should this be of interest.
With reference to the film Robsessed, we would like to stress that this is a high quality documentary which has been put together by Pattinson fans for Pattinson fans. It is a feature length movie set for a worldwide release and fit to stand proudly next to the best Robert Pattinson books, biographies or websites out there. It is a thoroughly researched and meticulously constructed exploration of Pattinson’s life and offers an unparalleled insight into the world of one of history’s greatest stars.
We firmly believe that this is a film which Pattinson fans will enjoy and feel saddened that it would be judged before having been seen. However, we are confident that once the fans have the chance to see the film that they will embrace it.
